We have standardised our development by using the Framework to ensure that your software is well architected, and that it would be easily supported by any Habanero Certified Developer. This also ensures upgradeability of your application architecture.

Chillisoft's focus is on bespoke greenfield (i.e. new) software development. However we also assist customers with brownfield development (i.e. existing or legacy systems) by implementing new functionality or enhancing existing software applications.

We view our engagement with customers as a long term partnership, so that we both continually maintain and increase the business value of your investment in the custom developed software. We manage this relationship by striving to understand your business and by clearly defining accountabilities and the nature of our engagement via service level agreements. Each service level agreement  is tailored to suit the customer's requirements for maintaining the software and assisting the customer to navigate through the shifting business priorities such as changing processes, staff turnover, change in system criticality. The agreement may include all or a combination of adaptive, perfective and corrective maintenance.
