Project Basis 

The fixed price model is chosen where the requirements are clearly defined. In a fixed price project, we will work closely with you to define:

• Critical Success Factors for deployment, and going live.

Time and Materials Basis

Time & Material basis is used when the requirements are not clearly defined or if the customer manages the project and delivery. Chillisoft will provide highly-qualified staff with various skill sets that may be required. The rates are competitive and are charged on an hourly basis. Chillisoft will also cater for flexible workloads and project objectives.

Dedicated Development Team
For on-going engagements, we provide the stability and low cost structure of a fully-staffed, dedicated development team that is based in South Africa. 

• The development team operates as an extension of your team.
• We adhere to your business-critical objectives and tailor our efforts to your specific business model.
• Resources are fully dedicated to you on a long-term basis.
• We will cross-skill and train our resources so that your investment in Chillisoft as a development team is protected.

The Dedicated Development Team can be based onsite (provided that it is in South Africa), or offsite (near shore) at our offices in South Africa.
