1 First interview:This involves having a 60 minute chat with one of Chillisoft’s senior staff members to assess alignment of values and expectations.
2After your first interview a technical assessment will be sent to you for you to work your magic within 7 working days. Your solution will be assessed and we will give you feedback either telephonically or in person via a second interview.
3 Second interview:You will be asked a series of questions based on your assessment solution. We would like to find out about the thinking you applied to your solution.
4If we are satisfied with your answers you will then be contacted and required to complete a credit and criminal check as well as a psychometric assessment. Your qualifications, references and ID will be verified.

After submitting the required documents, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 3 working days.
Your application will be screened, if unsuccessful we will inform you. If we like what we see we will contact you to set up a first interview.
